A special behind-the-scenes look at the maple syrup operation and get help with some of the daily tasks that go into turning the sap into syrup. Help to collect sap and measure how much sugar is in it. Learn to use the auger to drill tap holes, tour the sugarbush and more. See the process of turning sap into syrup with the evaporator and do a tastel test of the different grades to see which one you prefer. The program will end with a special treat featuring the museum's own syrup.
