Since 1933, Cavey's has strived to offer seasonally inspired menus, locally-sourced ingredients and three generations of Cavagnaro family recipes. The breads, herb-infused olive oils, cask-aged vinegars, and limoncello are all made in-house, and the award winning library of perfectly matured French and Italian wine is the best in Connecticut. Chef Stephen Cavagnaro is constantly exploring wine-cellars and vineyards across Europe to find just the right expression, and his lifetime of experience helps us choose the best moment to pluck it from the cellar.
