The Eastern Connecticut Center for History, Art, and Performance continues to manage and operate this local historical museum. The intent of this collection is to create an opportunity for the residents of Willington and surrounding towns to learn about the technical innovations, production methods, and the application of unique management practices that shaped the local area. The museum is located at The Mill Works, formally the home of the Gardiner Hall Jr. Company. The Mill Works facility is listged on the Connecticut State and National Register of Historic Places.
