High George, New Haven

High George is a new rooftop restaurant at The Blake Hotel and New Haven’s latest culinary destination. It brings award-wining chefs Tyler Anderson and Ashley Flagg to the mix and was recently named a Connecticut Magazine “2020 Best Restaurant” Readers’ Choice and Experts’ Picks. Choose to dine indoors or out at the restaurant’s “Winter Garden” decorated with lights, frosted trees, birch and fur throws to offer guests a cozy and photo-worthy dining experience. Plus, savor the delicious bites on the restaurant’s special winter menu, including hot drinks, savory soups, fondues and more.

Half Full Brewery Beer Garden at Mill River Park, Stamford

To coincide with the outdoor ice-skating rink in Mill River Park, Half Full Brewery has created a festive “après-ski” inspired lounge (4,000 square feet) that serves beer, wine and cider. There’s also a holiday-inspired pop-up shop and various themed events all December long.

Elm City Social, New Haven

During the winter, Elm City Social converts its rooftop tiki bar into an “après-ski lodge” including heated igloos, warm winter cocktails, ski lodge bites, "shot"skis and more. The see-through igloos include seats, tables and lights and are available on Thursday through Saturday on a first come, first served basis.

Tony's at the J House, Greenwich

Located within a high-design boutique hotel, Tony's is a fine Italian restaurant co-owned by famous Greenwich chef, Tony Capasso. The resturant serves up homemade pasta, refined New American plates, raw bar and craft cocktails. All year long, guests can enjoy the scenic ambiance of the gorgeous outdoor dining space–which is now decorated with lights and features a full bar, lounge seating and retractable roof.

Urban Lodge Brewing, Manchester

Prefer to stay indoors? Feel as if your escaping to a cabin in the woods at the beloved Urban Lodge Brewing. Grab one of its craft beer varieties and cozy up by the fireplace to read a book or bring food from local restaurants to enjoy with friends or family.

Cava Restaurant, Southington

Each year from November to the end of February Cava Restaurant transforms their upscale Italian restaurant into a sophisticated dining wonderland of stunningly beautiful, way-over-the-top holiday decorations. Using 150,000 lights and many thousands of ornaments, each room is consumed by a different theme inspired by popular stories like "Game of Thrones", "Frozen" and "Moulin Rouge." Dining immersed in this magical setting draws visitors from near and far, so be sure to get a reservation in advance.
