Dear Friends of Hartford Stage,
The safety and health of our community, staff and visiting artists always remains our priority. Hartford Stage is closely following the news of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) in our community, and based on the recommendations from state and local government, we are canceling all performances of The King’s Speech.
This is a difficult time for everyone, and the economic impact due to this crisis will create serious financial hardship for Hartford Stage. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we rely on the generosity of our patrons and community. Please take advantage of our free exchange policy to see another performance this season, or donate the value of your tickets back to Hartford Stage to receive a tax credit. In addition, please consider making a charitable contribution to help us continue operating through this unprecedented challenge. We thank you for your continued support of our theatre.
We know that communities are in need of our solidarity and support in these times and want to encourage neighbors and patrons to meet this crisis with compassion and care rather than fear and division.
Please keep up to date on the most recent guidance on the Connecticut Health Department’s website.
Subscribers & Single Ticket buyers may exchange into any future performance this season without exchange fees, or tickets can be donated back to Hartford Stage, a 501(c)(3) organization, as a tax-deductible contribution.
You can use our online form at http://hartfordstage.formstack.com/forms/cancellation or contact the box office at 860-527-5151. Please note we are experiencing higher than usual call volume. We appreciate your patience.
