An early 18th century farmhous situated on one-and-a-half acres in the Farmington Valley town of Simsbury. Atributed to Wilbur Case, a member of one of the earliest families in Simsbury, it was constructed as a four room farmhouse around 1743. During the latter part of the 18th century, an additional wing of two rooms were added. The landscaped grounds offers a peaceful atmosphere with an outdoor swimming pool. The guest rooms are furnished in period furnishings, all with private baths, one with a fireplace.
