The farmhouse at Bartlett Farm has been in the Bartlett family since it was built in 1784. The house was updated in the 1990’s, while the surrounding farm is a work in progress. Bartlett Farm is active year round, maple syruping in late winter, maintaining a small market garden, and haying fields throughout the spring and summer and finishing the year with Christmas trees. The farm has a menagerie of animals that require daily care and attention, including Fallow Deer, cows, ducks, chickens and a bison. The common living room has a working fireplace and a television, where guests can relax before they head out for the evening or when they return. When the weather is warm enough the wrap around porch is a great place for catching up on your reading or just relaxing.
