Originally a stagecoach stop along the Hartford to Albany route, the Old Riverton Inn is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Overlooking the wild and scenic Farmington River and less than a mile from People's State Forest, the inn welcomes visitors with its 12 guest rooms, each with private bath, cable television, internet access and continental breakfast.
