IT Adventure at Jordan’s Furniture, New Haven

In addition to sofas and bedroom sets, Jordan's Furniture has a massive new location in New Haven featuring IT Adventure — “the world’s largest indoor adventure ropes course” — swinging beams, rope ladders, bridges, planks and a 48-foot “free-fall” jump.

Soarin’ Indoors, Manchester

In this 12,000-square-foot space, there are ziplines, swings, wobbly bridges and balance wires designed for all ages and abilities. There’s also a little kids’ section for those not old enough or big enough for the ropes courses.

Prime Climb, Wallingford

Connecticut’s first indoor climbing center is ready, as always, to aid and equip climbers of all ages in its rock climbing gyms. There are classes for beginners, extreme challenges for the experienced, social meet-up sessions and even “yoga for climbers” groups.

Nomads has lots to offer kids and adults within its 12,000-square-foot space. There’s black-light minigolf, laser tag, a rock climbing wall, basketball courts, bumper cars, whirling teacups, an arcade, a bounce house and quite a bit more, with a special kid zone for youngsters 5 and under coming soon.

On Track Karting, Brookfield & Wallingford

There are karts and challenges for kids and adults at these two locations. Juniors age 7-14 and at least 48” tall get their own karts and so do those age 15 and up. For the latter group there are Open Race Nights and the opportunity to compete in a 5-minute qualifier and then a 25-lap race.
