A feast for all of the senses, the restaurant combines exquisite local, seasonal flavors through the New England-inspired cuisine of Executive Chef Frederic Kieffer. Artisan received a "Don't Miss" rating from The New York Times. Artisan celebrates the theme of craftsmanship, which can be seen in many elements of the restaurant, from its 18th century classic Scandinavian design to the carefully sourced, selected, and prepared ingredients.
