Heating up the CT food scene with mountain-side fare. A dining experience with crafted dishes inspired by native New England flavors with an updated twist and Ridgeside Tavern for more casual dining, craft beers, and cocktails.

The centerpiece of the dining experience at Powder Ridge Mountain Park & Resort in Middlefield, CT is "Fire at The Ridge". Fire at the Ridge aims to be an escape for diners, offering private dining rooms and breathtaking views of the mountain from the upper-levels of the newly renovated 20,000 square foot base lodge. Crackling bon fires and the aroma of fine fare will set the mood for locals and travelers alike to enjoy the handcrafted dishes by Executive Chef Kevin Cottle.

Locals have long known the bar at Powder Ridge to be the place to meet up with friends and for creating new friendships that last a lifetime. Custom designed private and catered events are available. Including corporate meetings, weddings, team building, dining parties, and seminars.

Weddings! Connecticut's only mountain top wedding venue with almost 360 degree views of Western Connecticut and the Middlesex valley.  All guests can take a scenic ride up to the top of the mountain for a wedding ceremony and then, with champagne in hand, return down to the base lodge for the reception.

Free live music every Saturday night and public events such as music festivals, racing competitions, wine tastings and cooking classes throughout the year.
