History of the Town Green and many of the surrounding homes and businesses, most of which are on the National Register of Historic Places, is provided. Learn about the local Native Americans, New England slavery, how Guilford is connected to the saving of the Connecticut Charter (1687), the Salem Witch Trials (1692), and the Statue of Liberty. Other entertaining historical stories are added, making this tour sure to please visitors of all ages. Tours are weather permitting.
