The Harp on Church

Harp On Church is a chef-owned restaurant, the creation of Willimantic local, Matt Hardisty. Not just an incredible chef, Matt farms his own produce on his property in Chaplin to be featured on the menu. Growing heirloom tomatoes, sprouts, squash and more thorughout the year, you can find dishes on the menu with items he harvests. Matt also heads to Rhode Island and surf-catches bass that is often on for special at the Harp.

​When eating at Harp On Church, you can enjoy dishes that feature local farmers and vendors in the Willimantic area. Apis Verde in Lebanon are good friends and provide some of the amazing produce highlighted throughout the year.
