Judy’s is pure Americana wrapped in casual surroundings for a neighborhood that’s on the move. House smoked meats are brined, dry rubbed, smoked with Hickory wood and finished with Judy’s own barbecue sauce. Sandwiches are overstuffed with all sorts of good things, as tasted in her award-winning chicken and waffle sandwich. The side dishes, some seasonal. And if the brisket nachos or mac and cheese don’t lure you in, there’s a quinoa spinach salad with your name on it.
