New owners Enio and Tracy Perez took over the Venetian on October 24th, 2022. They have a combined 65 years of restaurant experience between them and are proud to own 3 Italian restaurants in New Jersey. Enio and Tracy entrust their nephews Darwin and Melvin Romero as manager and head chef, respectfully. Together, Darwin and Melvin have a combined 30 years of fine dining experience and are up-keeping these standards at the Venetian. The four of them encourage everyone to stop in to try their daily specials.
